Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a free exchange or refund. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Product Tampering
If your product shows signs of tampering, please notify us right away for investigation and resolution.
Please Note: Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
A 25% restocking fee may apply for returns made for reasons other than defects or shipping damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
Order Cancellation & Transaction Fees
If you cancel your order or request a refund after payment processing, a 5% transaction fee may apply to cover payment processing costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
